Terms and Conditions

All sales are, “As-is-where-is,” and final. We cannot warranty ‘used’ equipment. We do however make every effort to inspect, clean; repair, as is apparent, all equipment prior to sales.

Prices are f.o.b. Gabbs, Nevada; no provisions are contained in our quoted prices for freight.

Quoted prices do not include provisions for either Sales or Use Taxes.

Purchaser is responsible to schedule and contract for transportation, as required.

We require twenty-four (24) hour advance notice with respect to shipping.

Our terms of payment are: (1) Wire Transfer of Funds before pick-up, 

(2) Cashiers Check at time of Pick-up, (3) Company check (with prior approval).
